  1. I've been experimenting with a few different exercise videos because I haven't exercised in about half a year. Before the stretches, I got impatient and did 100 squats. Doing that before this entire exercise was a mistake. Even though it was a mistake, I have no regrets. However, I now struggle walking.

  3. I did this & let me tell you the Next day my Buns were sore which is Great! I think the stretching helped a lot & is something I haven’t been doing until now. I’m Going to rotate this butt workout with Ab days for great physique 💗

  4. Hi, I'm going to do some of these exercises. They are mostly low impact and I need that due to pain in my lower back. Do you have anything that you can recommend for someone with lower back pain? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you. Shari

  5. Wow!! This work out is amazing!!🦵🏻😍 I have NEVER sweated this much on any work out that sweat would literally run down my face like water 💧😂 Girl you made me move! This is definitely my number one work out routine for now and I will let you guys know how it goes. Was so motivating to do it with your wonderful support and determination 😊
