  2. 7:44? Training less than a hour? What about CT's video "what is over training"? 🤣How about making going to the gym worth while and hitting another muscle group? Who drives all the way to a gym just to workout for 30 or 45 minutes? What about Rich Piana's EIGHT hour long arm workout?

  3. How do you weigh as light as you say you do? You look like a good 260-280. My question is how do you keep the testosterone higher than average by always lifting light? And how do you stay strong always lifting light?
