Why don't you resist the movement on the negative? You are just dropping it. You are swinging your body too much. That takes the effort away from the muscle you are supposed to be working. 👎

This is the worst variation of exercises ever. Whole workout is boring. Same exercises with different executions. Nope nope nope.
