  1. Why don't you resist the movement on the negative? You are just dropping it. You are swinging your body too much. That takes the effort away from the muscle you are supposed to be working. 👎

  2. I don't mean to complain but it would be helpful if you put down the amount of sets and reps with each workout along with him saying it. Just to make this a lil more simple. Sorry lol, wait nvm it's in the description. BiGBrAIn TimE 🗿

  5. Abel mostly I check all your update n follow your workout in gym but this workout is not well explain like the other ones.. specially with the kettle those movement not working.
    Yours previous shoulder workout is much better than this one.. hope u understand what I trying to u.
