  1. Hi Guys, this is awesome. I have shoulder injuries do dragon boat racing and F45. I tried the first ball exercise however I have crappy wrists too so found it painful on my wrists, have to say i def felt it in my scapular – tiring which is what we're looking for. Do you do one on one sessions? I live in Sydney and really think I need you guys. I need to learn to do pull ups too. Love your work!!
