  1. Bro I love dumbbells hate the bar but I use to be in good shape got sick with cancer lost it all but in remission now and trying to get back to if not better shape then I was previously, would love some more workout guides lost my gym partners so need some help

  2. This program has been awesome for me. I am almost 50 and have seen great results. I hope that you will add a more advanced dumbell only program because I am rarely able to make it to the gym since I have three young kids at home.

  3. I like the explanation. Could you do two cuts; the long version, with the great in-depth explanation, on one channel and then the other quick cut with exercise/reps/music on the other?

  4. Incredible program. Really appreciate this. Have been traveling frequently to many hotels with limited equipment. Used the legs video yesterday (incredible!) and will be killing shoulders today with this one. Great timing on the release of these vids (I’m lucky I guess). Appreciate it!!
