This program has been awesome for me. I am almost 50 and have seen great results. I hope that you will add a more advanced dumbell only program because I am rarely able to make it to the gym since I have three young kids at home.
I like the explanation. Could you do two cuts; the long version, with the great in-depth explanation, on one channel and then the other quick cut with exercise/reps/music on the other?

Dear Brandon and Hudson. Once I did 100 reps of dumbbell bicep curls and i feel my traps ar pumpped up. Dumbbells were 12 kg. I am training about 2 3 years.

First program I have used from the B.U.F.F. Dudes and I love it. Can use this anywhere I can find dumbbells.
