  2. Your workouts are great and definitely work! I’ve been working out using your videos for a month and i see amazing results and I’ve lost 13 pounds! I just want to say that you definitely help me and when I watch other videos that are not from your channel I’m just not motivated to do workouts but you are very strong and can even talk while your working out!😱 witch actually shocked me cause I’m barley breathing😂! And you keep me motivated and I actually love working out now! Thank you so much!!❤️❤️

  6. RL I have been so fond of your workouts for years, I love your bubbly personality, your vigor, and your physique! I would love to see workouts were you include abs and glutes, I always look for them, into a shorter format. I am a busy working mom however, I fit a workout in before work everyday and do longer workouts on the weekends! Keep making videos I love them so much!!!

  8. I love this! I had like 20 minutes to work out between studying in the library all day and meeting up with my friends, so this was perfect❤️ also perfect after a long day of thinking… no need to think here, just following along 😍

  9. 1- that's not a proper plank your butt is way up in the air 2 as a female you don't necessarily want to do a ton of oblique work ESPECIALLY with weight or resistance, these will cause "hypertrophy" or growth in the obliques…. which will make your waist WIDER and look boxy, particularly if your above 20% bodyfat….

    Fact check, I have a masters in exercise physiology and have my NASM CPT, FNS, CES, & PES…. master trainer here 🙋🏼‍♀️
