Just a quick question : what to do in this 2 min Rest time ? i know u should be resting ofc .. but i dunno it seems like a really long time to me .. i used to do HIIT and stuff so the rest time was like 15s and i don't wanna just keep walking around or sitting or checking my phone in these 2 mins ..
so ? maybe a dynamic stretch or a bit of cardio like jumping rope maybe or what ?
I want to find the person that started calling jumping lunges a split squat jump and punch them in the face. Even when describing it, people just say it is a jumping lunge.
I have been watching your videos and following your instructions and there's a question in my mind that to gain strength we need atleast 2-3 minutes of rest time between sets. So may i do any other muscle group exercise in this 2-3 minutes of rest time?
I just checked and it does not look like the mobility program has changed. I bought it and am on level 2. Has the mobility program been updated as well?
Love the whole presentation, i started calisthenics about a week ago, i cancelled my gym membership because I'd rather get in shape outside, it's more inspiring

I´m not fllexible enough to touch the ground with my heels when I´m in a squat. Is that a huge problem? What could I do?
