  2. Just a quick question :
    what to do in this 2 min Rest time ? i know u should be resting ofc .. but i dunno it seems like a really long time to me .. i used to do HIIT and stuff so the rest time was like 15s
    and i don't wanna just keep walking around or sitting or checking my phone in these 2 mins ..

    so ? maybe a dynamic stretch or a bit of cardio like jumping rope maybe or what ?

  3. I have been watching your videos and following your instructions and there's a question in my mind that to gain strength we need atleast 2-3 minutes of rest time between sets. So may i do any other muscle group exercise in this 2-3 minutes of rest time?

  4. Love the whole presentation, i started calisthenics about a week ago, i cancelled my gym membership because I'd rather get in shape outside, it's more inspiring
