  1. I went whole food vegan almost two months ago and have lost about 22 pounds (currently 187 lb 5'1) but as I've suffered from anemia since I was a kid, it's hard to control my breathing and just exercising in general. I found out about calisthenics and have been watching your videos! Although it's tough for me right now, your content motivates me to keep working harder. Thank you!

  2. Dude…. come on. Basically you are telling people to loose weight. It is a simple advice. And an 8 min vid to do that? No… in fact you are only promoting yourself by a clickbait title to promote whatever pt business you have. If you spend all that time to workout and broaden your narrow shoulders it is better for your business.. and my advices for fat people are; eat less and do some cardio for 20 mins a day. Preferably rope skipping or something. See? It is 30 seconds. And i definetaly wont subscribe or see u on your next vid. And people have their own mind. They know to subscribe or follow. U dont need to beg for subscribers at the beginning and end twice. Go subscribe to some real workout channel yourself. You know… like the ones u watch and copy.

  3. Walking is great, I remember when I walked about 6 or 7 miles a day. Lost 20 pounds in a trimester… but the last 10 pounds of the 50 I neees to lose are being hell!
Intermediate fasting is a no go because my metabolism is really slow and it is already otpimized for crunching meals and absorbing everything!

  4. I’m pretty overweight(not morbidly obese)but I can still do some push-ups a easy calisthenics work outs but I’m still working to lose weight to make it easier for me because I still struggle a lot so thank you for the advice and tips I appreciate it

  5. These simple assisted motion (knee pushups, straight leg body rows, planks and hinges and bridges) Are pretty effecting. Almost more effective then the chair assisted workout even though I don't work as long. Would you recommend things like one of those 90s physioballs or yoga straps? They might help get your body into different positions. I also tried some box squats and they were amazing. I should be doing real squats in a few weaks. And If I overdo it. FREE BOX

  6. Just throwing this out there for learning purposes, the term "morbidly obese" doesn't mean anything medically, really only out of date medical providers use it anymore. Now we use different grades of obesity depending on BMI. Yes, I know BMI is a limited tool but if you are over weight due to excess fat it correlates to an increased risk in several diseases. I'll list the different BMI categories below.

    Below 18 underweight
    18 to 24.9 "normal"
    25 to 29.9 overweight
    30 to 34.9 obese class 1
    35 to 39.9 obese class 2
40 or more obese class 3

Note this is only used to discuss risk and not estimate the "ideal" body weight for an individual.

  7. Man i remember those days I was 250 when I started in 2013 fast forward 2019 175lbs and now I help people do the same even won a few trophies along the way….wasnt easy just start off super basic and enjoy the journey…intermittent fasting probably saved my life

  8. Gymnastic rings are very helpful. You can get a pair for $20. They allow you to workout almost anywhere and anytime. You can adjust the difficulty on almost all exercises with your foot placement. With rings you'll be able to do some of the most basic moves all the way to extremely advanced.

  9. Ok the way I understand it your body breaks down glycogen stored in muscles after 6 hours of not eating, this is part of the reason breakfast is important, if this is accurate intermediate fasting such as 16/8 is not a good idea. I also looked into some research because I was curious and it is not recommended for women wanting to become pregnant. I just wanted to put this out there since my degree was health education. From personal experience I recommend eat small meals or snacks 200-400 calories when hungry and drink water in between. This keeps you body from breaking down muscle and provides energy. 3,500 Calories equals one pound of fat. Try to develop a healthy lifestyle. A small deficit in calories and increased activities will result in weight loss, but insure it is maintainable or the weight comes back quickly. good luck and be safe!

  10. As someone who's been overweight for a while, one thing I noticed is that nobody of the trainers give advice on how to walk properly to reach maximum results.

Very few trainers talk about swimming oa an exercise and how to do it correctly to reach maximum results either.

Yet, when done correctly, those are number one exercises for loosing weight and getting fit.

  11. Intermittent fasting is always a bad idea. Either you control your calories or full out fast. You'll always be hungry and not really make progress. The government / military has done studies on this.
