  1. I just started pyramid scheme then lots of reps..before i was doin 5×5 but just felt like i could do more by adding 5×10 BB phase , huge difference …..your the first person besides me i here do that…i think its the best of both worlds so far since i started my strength journey

  2. Man that beard, total envy. The man's a damn beast, looks like he could bend steel by looking at it. The kind of stuff he does is on a whole other level of strength and exertion with a much higher risk of injury. Lifting abnormal objects like atlas stones and logs requires specialized techniques that must be mastered in order to avoid injury.
