  1. v-sit crunch flashed me back to my gymnastics days where the coaches would assign us 50-100 and would stand over us yelling… I definitely prefer working out with you rebecca 😂

  2. I can feel the burn Rebecca on every single workout that you post! I have been working out for a total of 30 weeks, and just about a few days in I already could see my abs and all the other great changes even in my lower body and upper body. You have been inspiring to me and because of you, I am also inspiring to others! I love all the workouts you post and I always am excited to do them everyday and I look forward to seeing more of your great workouts! Also, yes working out has become my addiction!👍🏆

  3. I love it whenever Rebecca says "Oh my god!" It's either the workout is over and we did it or that workout is extra hard so if even Rebecca is saying it and pushing herself I tell myself I have to push it to my limit too! <3

  4. Finally- a 10 minute video that really has movement for 10 minutes! Lately, the 10 minute videos are really not even doing movement for 10 because there is so much before and after nonsense talk and visiting with your video guests that it’s such a waste to watch (I’m there to do the work). Had to defer from RL for awhile due to this. Please keep up the full 10 minutes of exercises videos for us non-paying Burn app users and I’ll definitely be back to your channel more often again.

  5. The point is, you ll never get that desired shape, unless you don’t loose bodyfat, doing exercises will only strengthen the abs muscles underneath your fat, so try boosting your fitness and changing your eating habits and then proceed with specific muscle training to end up with good results
