I DID IT! With a few modifications.. I am 48 years old and currently deal with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and a series of syndromes that come with them. Had a DR tell me I would be in a wheelchair in 10 years- that was 14 years ago. Suck it!!!!! Denise You inspire me to press on. The encouraging and motivating words You say during the workouts really really drive me to move on. My goal is to get back to a healthy weight and lifestyle while keeping my joints fluid and my mind focused. Today is day 8 on the journey to My New Life! I realize someday the mobility I have may be taken away but I am gone drive to push that as far away as possible. You are helping on this trip THANK YOU!
