I have tried lishoue sliming coffee it does work 1/2kg a week or so but once u leave this u gain the weight. A/e dehydrated, u dont feel hungry,but u feel fatigue weak… Ultimately. U lose et 2/3kg.. but once u finish that 15packets u gain wt gain
Nadia plz tell us as well what to do for hair dye …..colour fades so early specially from the front forehead roots….. Is there anything that can be done to keep the colour for long time?
I had a bad experience which I would like to share. Unfortunately I tried some thing similar but not in form of coffee or drink. A friend of mine suggested to use ectasy pill for weight loss. Astaghfar I opened eyes next day in hospital. I had severely fast heart beat and bulging eyes with no sleep . It made me so hyper active that it's effect lasted for about a week. I think your coffee had something similar. It made you hyper and you couldn't sleep. Please Nadia do alot of videos on awareness of NOT using any chemical for weight loss. My father is a doctor too and Even he said people are getting heart and kidney failures due to this weight loss chemicals I had such a bad experience that I wish all my sister's should be saved from falling into any such trap. It was obviously my stupidity to trust my friends opinion so blindly without even knowing about it in detail
