1. I mean take some uh special vitaminS, to get to your goals faster as long as you are okay with the consequences. But if you are not willing to do that then you will just have to except things take times

  2. Im currently in a bulk for hypertrophy. How long should I train for size before I switch it up and train for strength? 3-4months? Also should I deload inbetween switching?

  3. 1. Choose a program designed on a specific goal and stick to it till acomplished.
    2. Match nutrition with your goal.
    3. Take time to see the results. Don't rush.
