  1. yo, bro, does this work for manboobs? ive been struggling with that shit for years now. I don't have a lot of time to work out and even when there are periods of inactivity I usually have no problem getting my weight down and even making that 6pack show a bit but damn them manboobs I just can't get rid of them. do you think it might be the food I consume? I try to stay way from sugar for the most part but have a treat every now and then or in coffee. what do you recommend?

Ok so I got rings and bands and started doing this exact chest workout and damn I tell you the rings have made a huge difference, widening the rings make the chest pump go wild after just 1st set. My quarrel is with the band exercise, it doesn't really stretch the pec unless you fix it to a very sturdy object, but my question is what you think about an incline press with the band instead.

  3. what’s a good video to learn how to do the form for the chest push-ups? i can’t seem to get the correct form 😂 or idk if my stomach hitting the floor affects the push-up lmao. Also i can do 200 push-ups but still have a beer belly so any idea how to lose that?
