  2. You literally just changed my perception of workouts I needed to do! Anything lower body I swear! Running, squats, stairmaster ugh! Know I need to do more because that's the heaviest part.

  3. Push ups for sure. I know I want toned arms. I don't mind other exercises if it means I can skip pushups. I wonder if lifting weights would help with doing push ups more. Also your arm muscles are rad I'm jealous.
