  1. I wanna do this so bad but my back is so bad. I have damaged nerves. Trying to do a donkey kick builds muscle on my lower back not my glutes. It’s so weird.

  2. Thank youuu for this video because some things (like squats) make it really difficult for me to feel my glutes (I just feel my legs mostly) but I’m gonna try these!!

  3. Did this workout at home couldn't do 2 of the things but I used this lay down stand thing for my shoulders and bar w weights for hip thrust I'm so lucky I can do this now ty for the video
