  1. I did not expect to pull 365lbs 😂. It was cool to see that the first time maxing out on the deadlift, makes me excited for the future. I made this video because it’s literally my roots.   2. How do you keep motivating yourself to gain man? Make a video on tips and talk about how to keep motivating yourself. Because right now I'm almost give up. Tired of eating

  3. dylan, quick question. one of my friends said its not good to take over 120 grams of protein in protein powder form. I want to know what your thoughts on this are. I just started to try out bulking like you said, i weigh 150 ish and measure 5'11" Please and thank you
