  1. Thanks John. You are always the voice of reason. I really appreciate your videos as you always have a way to inspire me to get out of my comfort zone. You are truly one of the good guys within the world of weight training.

  2. Doug Brignole recommends doing cables for rear delts & a good resistance curve. Grab the right cable with the left hand & left cable with right hand; pull in an X pattern from high to low starting from forehead level. I like the exercise & have gotten good results. Good burn!

  3. Does band pull apart have same effect as these movement. I don't have access to the rear fly machine. How many sets and reps would you recommend? Or just play around with it?

  4. My rear delts burn real good after hitting them. I like a little pause at the top then resist the weight all the way down. Rear delts/back are probably my favourite to train. Great video mate.

  5. All the rear delt flye machines at my gym were all occupied last night (they double as pec decks), so I did them with light dumbells (just a few steps above the cute pink ones) and did the hanging swings after the first 10 regular reps – holyf***ings**t my delts were smoked. I woke with a new sensation this morning – rear delt DOMS. Thank God for blazing hot showers.

  6. Reverse fly deck and dumbbell reverse fly are killer! Definitely agree there. Facepulls are great too but actually think it's more useful just to get blood into the whole area before doing the more focused exercises.

  7. These are great excersices.. I've actually tried many of these… Just experimenting in my own… And I've seen stuff like this work…and u don't have to go crazy heavy… Great vid brotha 💪🏼🐷
