  1. Have Jose show what’s on his iPhone! Juan showed what’s on his phone now Jose’s Turn. I also am going to start working out 🏋🏻‍♂️ to loose some weight then try to get stronger muscle. 💪🏼💯

  2. thats just the stronglift 5×5 programme basically if anyone is looking for anything to do as a workout. id get him squatting properly hes already heavy his knees are going to get really damaged by half squatting. put the weight off and tell hip to sit in a squat with the barbell and get mobility at the bottom of the squat. give him some stretches and foam roll too. he will make a lot more progress doing it right and plus getting him flexible and mobility better he will find he activates his certain muscles better since they arnt so tight and restricted

  3. Mad respect for Thomas and you guys helping him out. I think you should weight him once a week on a Monday in the morning and that’s it. I can see Thomas is obsessed with that number, that’s how I started of as well. Just saying.
