Iam 37 years old 6”3 220 pounds my current pace is between 8:30 to 9:30 per mile depending on terrain. About mile 8 I feel my gluteus starting to cramp pretty bad but my cardio and legs feel fine any advice would be greatly appreciated. I currently am not taking any supplements

I ran a 2:06 as a sophomore
If you're a sub 4min mile runner you can hold 4.38 mile pace for 10k easily
Starting junior year, but last year I ran a 2:07 800m
