  1. Any advice on what my diet should be for improving my run , Iam getting ready for a half marathon. Iam 37 years old 6”3 220 pounds my current pace is between 8:30 to 9:30 per mile depending on terrain. About mile 8 I feel my gluteus starting to cramp pretty bad but my cardio and legs feel fine any advice would be greatly appreciated. I currently am not taking any supplements
