  6. I'm excited to try this…I cannot lose weight FOR ANYTHING, tooooo tired to excercise and crave sugar BIG TIME, just gaining & gaining!!! Dr if you're reading this I had a complete thyroidectomy in 2001 (non- malignant tumor removed & on 150/175mcg synthroid every other day) I am hopeful this will help any hormonal issues!   10. I’ve been exercising and dieting for 1 and a half weeks now. But I only lose 3kg. I’ve been exercising for 1hr and 30mins a day with rest. Is there any way to lose weight fast?:(

  11. Hi 👋 can anyone give me any comments, I’m one above . Great video from the doctor. I’m struggling with weight for last 3 years, slow metabolism, I think , I eat very little, I sleep little too , I go get stressed because I’m not seeing results, I weigh myself every day , nothing changes. I’m 41 soon in few weeks n I’m 11 stones n 5 pounds , I went to lose 2 stones, but nothing seems to change, I’m not a eater , I’m in fact the opposite, I eat little but my weight is increasing slowly by eating little, my main meals are tiny , I was 9 stones, I want to go back to that , but in the last 2 years I’ve gained weight without eating very big meals , how does that work ? I’m worried sick , don’t know what to do , is it slow metabolism or what ?
