  1. Okay ya'll I'm gonna try and do this. It's currently Monday and I'm going to try and do this once a day with 200 crunches at night wish me luck!

    Monday 10/21: So it wasn't that bad but still pretty challenging. The 200 crunches after actually burned pretty bad but still manageable.

    Day 1: nothing just tired

    Day 2: my tummy and legs hurts a little

    Day 3: i'm tired my backs and legs are hurt but my belly is losing a bit

    Day 4: i'm having a bit small waist

  3. hey , i decided im gonna update for u cuz i know it helps ! ( I'll be doing like she recommended 2x a day and 200 crunches )🍒
    DAY 1 : i just finished, it felt really hard on the abs which means it works so that's good ! i only did it once today cause i found this video r now.
