  4. Love your channel… you are so positive. Great exercises but I would suggest to wear shoes while working out. They help to keep our balance. As we can see, your toes often lift to keep your balance. Thank you for this video.

  6. I can see the smoke in the background. Readings in communities surrounding Royal National Park about 10 hrs South of Sydney are above 400! I’m sorry if this is crashing your vlog but I continue to really be concerned for all of you over there. ☹️

  8. I love your workout videos! I'm 42, and trying to get into the habit of exercising everyday. Your workouts are simple enough for a beginner like me. I did one of your other work out videos today, and felt great afterwards. 😄

  9. Ha ha! Don't think I need this one, as I walk 30-45 minutes daily. I've lost 53 lbs since mid-March. My weight loss seems to have slowed now, like my body has found a happy place. I would like to lose another 9 lbs, though. I love your videos!
