  2. Thank you for your hard work! I watch your videos not just because you are a beautiful woman but because I learn from you! I can only use resistance bands due to the fact I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and severe arthritis and Parkinson's! So it's a matter of learning to fight back against my illnesses. Thank you!

  3. Forgive me darling, the reason I can't subscribe has to do with the fact that each time I watch you I get a stiff erection. It bangs furnitures and hurts all the

  4. Tomorrow I'm gonna stretch super long then run 9 miles, then on Monday 10 miles, then on Tuesday 11 miles, then on Wednesday 12 miles, then on Thursday 13 miles, then the next 5 days start the same process over again💪💪😀😀👍👍
