  1. This looks so relaxing omg!! So jealous 🙂 also, I was wondering if you have any tips or resources on where I can find a good strength training workout (body weight or dumbbells) that’s also about strengthening the knees/legs. I’m having knee pain all of a sudden when I’m running and I already do incorporate full body strength training days. 😭. I have a half in less than months

  2. I recently subscribed and binged all your videos, so I am all caught up. I love your training/running vlogs and you give so much information which helps me with my running journey and also woth preventing any injury ☺️

  3. Looks like you had a great time! Ive just discovered your vlogs and have binge watched most of them this week. Your content is great, and super inspiring as im just getting back into running after a long break. Keep it up!

  4. Great vlog! The food looked SO good. I love how the RPE scale was already blurred from other people's sweat marks… maybe they should think about laminating that sheet 😂 Very wise decision doing it in a sports bra and shorts though… I did one (on a bike) wearing a t-shirt…big mistake. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in India!

  5. That’s a lovely travel video. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in India! I will also plan to come to this property. Looks so nice. And Eat and Run is one of favourite books. It is one of the reasons for becoming a vegan.

  6. Such a lovely vlog, the surroundings were absolutely stunning, running and hiking are wonderful ways to explore whilst in new places especially by the coast 🔆 You really made the most of the opportunity with a really heartwarming and inspiring energy throughout, got my travel bug going wild ✈️ Keep up the awesome work, and seeking adventure in all you pursue ⚡️

  7. My holidays are all for my training 🤣, makes it easier for getting in the exercise on holiday. Loved that the guide is wearing a jumper and trousers, and you're both hot in shorts and t-shirt. Funny isn't it. Great video again Flora

  8. Ohh! I had no idea you were in India! I am from India as well! Did you guys visit the Indroda Fossil Park? Fiann might have loved it. I think its one of the biggest in india as well. And it was like a state next to you in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I know of it well as my father actually designed the interpretation center there. 😛

  9. Loved your India trip . It looked amazing . Completely different to how I imagined India to be . Excellent vid and blog Flora , also you and Fiann are such a cute couple .❤️
