  2. Johnny try and kick from the hip instead of the knee, less drag and more power. Squeeze your cheeks and activate core and your feet won’t sink. Lift your elbows higher in recovery phase. Catch the water and extend arm, then pull back using lats. Remember to blow all your bubbles out underwater that will make it easier to breathe

  3. Are those board shorts? Might want to consider swapping them for some jammers or a speedo. Board shorts create a ton of drag and make swimming difficult
