I understand that you're an orthodox stance fighter but I think a lot of people (myself included) would appreciate if you showed the same workout in a southpaw stance.
Nate bower has changed my life. Started about 1 year back and still doing the workouts. No gym membership, everything at home. Best thing about his workouts, they never truly become easy, just easier and so you increase the tempo and its harder again.
Just finished. Tell you what. Doesn't matter iuf i have done all the steps exactly. but shadow boxing for 20 mins in high intensity, will drain you like hell.

My girlfriend wants us not just to move house but move country Preferably within ten metres of where Nate lives just so she can train with the best Tad suspicious of her motives
You are awesome! Just started exercising again after 2 years but put on soooo much weight in that time and don't feel comfortable going to a gym , I find your workouts better than any I have seen at the gyms. I now have got all my friends subscribing to your channel. Thank you Nate

What I like about this video better than the other Nate Bower 20-minute workouts is the verbal directions given throughout the workout. The videos are very hard to follow without that.

Tried this today. Warm up, 5 min biceps and 5 min triceps tabata , 30 minute heavy bag followed by this workout. Man this is a killer routine
