  1. Nate bower has changed my life. Started about 1 year back and still doing the workouts. No gym membership, everything at home. Best thing about his workouts, they never truly become easy, just easier and so you increase the tempo and its harder again.

  2. Just finished. Tell you what. Doesn't matter iuf i have done all the steps exactly. but shadow boxing for 20 mins in high intensity, will drain you like hell.

    feeling exhausted.

  3. IT IS REALLY HARD TO SEE HOW MUCH TIME YOU ARE ALLOWING WITH EACH MOVEMENT–TRYING TO WATCH CLOCK BUT THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY IN STARTING AND FINISHING–BUT LOVE WORKOUTS OTHERWISE

  5. You are awesome! Just started exercising again after 2 years but put on soooo much weight in that time and don't feel comfortable going to a gym , I find your workouts better than any I have seen at the gyms. I now have got all my friends subscribing to your channel. Thank you Nate

  6. Such a bad a$$ video. I love it. I feel a bit like Tyson Fury right now hahaha, but it was awesome. My only complaint is Talk much LOUDER. The music drowns out your great advice and motivation. Other than that. Such a bad ass workout. You are awesome.

  7. What I like about this video better than the other Nate Bower 20-minute workouts is the verbal directions given throughout the workout. The videos are very hard to follow without that.
