  1. Day 2: I didn't crave dessert with neither of my meals which is HUGE because lately I've had a serious sweet tooth! And I only ate half of what I usually do at dinner. Will do for 30 days and update accordingly. Pretty cool

    And I may say this is working.
    I'm choosing bette food for eating.
    I don't eat late which I used to.
    I have lost 3kg. with no exercising.
    and I've notice, so much mind and body.

  4. Just started this..it Knocks me out fast everytime to sleep…I do not even remeber even hearing your voice ..I wake up everytime to check if it even played!…and it has! So this must be good! 😂

  5. I have a goal to lose 35 pounds by the end of this year, I'm going to start this today, along with my diet and exercise regimen. I'll be back here to update in 2 weeks. (as proof, and accountability for myself. lol)

  6. I started 7 days ago and my goal is 10 – 15 pounds. As of today I have lost 3 pounds. What tripped me out the most is that I ate a few potato chips and closed the bag again….NEVER EVER was I able to do that before.

  8. For what its worth I've been listening to this and a few others on a loop at night. In 5 days I have gone from 195-193. I'm going to continue doing this weighing myself every Monday I'll keep you all updated.

  9. i started this 7 days ago and I have lost 7lbs so far. I have not changed anything, just listening to this video in the morning and sometimes before i go to bed.. absolutely fabulous.. Gonna do it for the 30 days to see how much i will loose. Thank you thank you 🙂

  10. It's working for me 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃 who is using this in 2019…. seriously it does work I don't have a scale where I stay presently but I can see it in my body that it does work…plus I don't know if I am the only one that snores when sleeping while listening to his voice 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  11. This hypnosis really helps in losing cravings!Today I had easy access to a small bag of chips and I let it go. It really has kept me calm and not reaching for emotional eating either. No weight loss yet, it’s only been 3 weeks, I’m really looking forward to starting a weight loss journey for heath and stamina and I think this will help.

  13. in about 40 days 💕 i was 157 pounds now I'm 147 I listen every night to sleep I will continue to do so , I'll keep you guys posted and love reading all the great comments 👏

  14. I dropped down to my ideal weight about 2 years ago listening to this and Michael Sealey's weight loss one, and I have kept the weight totally off! This stuff works. You have to actually believe eating light, and being active are natural for you, and that you are normally and naturally your ideal weight, and then you are. It's brilliant!

  15. Listened to this in a busy dance studio waiting for my daughter's class to end and was so relaxed I could hardly move a muscle, then felt amazing the rest of the night, confident and serene. Ate very healthy and less than usual and felt natural about it. I am hooked and going to listen every night. As a counselor I appreciated the dual track, your soothing voice, and the effectiveness of your method – wonderful!

  16. I listened to this off and on last year to lose weight for my wedding. I ended up losing 16 pounds in a few months but have since gained it back. Going to try for the full 30 days this time and I am excited! Getting ready for a Caribbean vacation at the end of the year!

I've just started listening to this, so I don't have some big weightloss story, BUT I'm quite addicted to snacking, like real bad, I can't go into a store without buying a pack of chips, some sweet bread, and a chocolate, it's gotten to the point that I'm desperately raging through my house cabinets trying to find something sweet to snack on and even sometimes walking around alone at 2am looking for an open store. Anyways, for the week I've been listening to this, I haven't had snack cravings, I can go into a store now and just buy what I needed and have actually looked at the candy rack at the cash register and just been like, "meh, I don't need that…" This might seem like a small thing, but it's really huge deal for me, I have been getting quite desperate.

    I'm not a big hypnosis believer, but I've always thought that if you repeat something to yourself enough times you'll eventually attract it lol, but idk about this one, feels almost supernatural hahaha.

  18. I've listened four days, and I'm down 3.5 pounds. Tried on some pants I hadn't been able to wear in two years; I'm wearing them now. I've yet to listen to this while awake BUT it's working. I will continue for the 30days for sure!

  19. I listened to this for 21 days Nov. 2014. I lost 115 lbs (from 316 lbs to 201 lbs) and I've kept it off for over 2 years. I now run 5 miles every day. Life changing! I'm almost finished writing a book about how I lost the weight and kept it off without dieting while continuing to eat as much of anything as I want. I just want different things now. My relationship to food has changed and it all started with this video.

  20. Wow lost 10lb in my first week! I'm amazed it worked! I've not craved sugary things, I'm not snacking and I seem to get stomach ache if I eat too much which it's never done. I'm impressed. Hope it continues to work 🙏🙏

  21. I know I’m a little bit late to the party (most of the comments are of 2 years ago)
    But I’ve struggled with my relationship with food my entire life. An obsessive food addiction and binge eating that no matter how much I try, I always end up going back to. I’ve felt so completely helpless over it, and after seeing all these amazing comments about lives being changed, I’ve decided to give this a try!

    I’m coming into this with hopeful optimism, and I pray that my experience with this is similar to the many others!

  22. I have listened for approx week and a half and i noticed a strange shift in how i respond to stress – i have a very stressful job as a real estate broker – i keep calm without even trying. I remain calm and get calmer when others around me are getting stressed.
    I actually listened to this video the other day and forced myself to stay awake during it and then i understood why.- it is much more than a weight loss video.

  23. 30 day challenge is over. Lost 3 KG listening to this and some other weight loss videos. Most notable I have cut out snacking. No more desire for chips, chocolate or ice cream. Also feel comfortable eating less. Just enough to get what my body needs and to satisfy my hunger. No more overeating and stuffing myself even after I feel full. Also exercising everyday.
