  1. Just wanted to thank you for telling us about Kens lite thousand island dressing. While I can’t find it locally where I live, my sister, who lives in another state, has it by her. And when she last came to visit, she brought some with her. Love it!! I wouldn’t have even known about it if I wasn’t watching your channel. Thank you again 👍🏻

  2. How many lbs. do you need to lose to get back to goal weight? I am 59 yrs old and 5 feet 2 inches and weigh 134 and want to get to personal goal of 125, and it is taking a long time. I do regular Smart Points not Freestyle.

  3. Could never get tired of you Barrett enjoy everything you share with us no matter what it relates too. May have to give this “Barrett 23/33 plan” a try been stuck for few weeks. What so are you tracking all this on?

  7. I do love your blogs and also follow along on Facebook. You are so focused with your plan and will certainly succeed. It does seem very difficult to me. I’d be interested to see what you eating every day. I’d miss my fruit.

  9. Hi Barrett, I really liked your Florida videos and appreciated seeing how you managed eating while away from home. Your vlogs were definitely not too frequent. I appreciate you sharing your new plan. I don’t do social media except for watching YouTube and always enjoy your videos. I’m older than you but when I grow up I want to be like you. You have so much determination to reach your weight goals. It’s very inspiring!

  10. Sounds interesting. Can I send you a list of foods I eat and you can figure out the net carbs—-lol. I tried doing lower carbs, not eating fruit and bread. Still maintained. I have been bouncing back and forth also. Anxious to see how it works. Over 2 pounds is great.

  11. I would love to try this. I also can’t do high fat, Blah… I have been trying to keep low carbs, but 50 has been the lowest so far. I will keep watching to see what foods help keep you low carb.. thanks

  12. I like daily vlogs. I watched my carbs and sugar in July (I challenged myself to no added sugar or products with sugar plus no more than 40 grams sugar per day). I wound up losing. Not really counting sugar grams this month but staying true to no added sugar. Cravings? Only one time last weekend when I succumbed to a half cookie and half donut. I may try the net carbs.
