  1. Doing what he is doing at a young age of 78 (81 now) is amazing! He is doing kettlebells instead of holding onto the crutches, and is deadlifting instead of sitting dead on a wheelchair..Envy you Young man!!!

  2. Why is everybody mocking other training style and see their method superior from anyone else ? Like:
    Crossfit can’t do pullups,
    Calisthenic have tiny legs,
    Runners looks like skeleton without meat,
    Powerlifter/weightlifter are record-chasing head,
    Etc etc
    And you suddenly claim that your bodybuilding style is the best way ? 😂😅

  3. People who put down Crossfit probably don’t even work out at all lol . The important thing is you’re getting a workout in regardless of what type of exercise or sport it is . It’s always the ones who critique who don’t even regularly exercise . Lol as long as you’re moving and doing something and attempting to sweat and get a workout in it’s all that matters .
