Just so much stuff to love  about this video and thumbnail ( 💪 )  that my brain almost overloaded. 😂   …  But yeah ,  thanks for taking us into the gym with you for all these top notch days of training here Liz.  😎 …  especially happy to see you doing walking lunges (my favorite lower body exercise )  and going heavy on shoulders ( my area of focus to improve at the moment )  and just being the all around fabulous fitness queen  👸  that everyone is so accustom to witnessing 👍😊  …  So I wondered , if your approach to doing the compound exercises is different than the others , regarding either how much weight or reps you typically like do ??
