Hey, just found this video and told to myself, I have to watch it, i’m so proud of you man, keep pushing 💪🏽 like i always say, is all about your mindset, fitness/bodybuilding is literally my life and my biggest motivation 🔥 in plus i’m doing this being disabled since i was born, which makes it even harder, it y’all think this gonna stop me!?   3. bro this is so crazy! ive literally started trying to better myself too i used to weigh 430 pounds and im currently 269 this october will be my 2nd year exercising if im being honest im still unsure of what im doing is best for me my current workout schedule is on monday i go play basketball for about 3 hours and try to always be on the move tuesday hit the gym and do upper body wednesday another 3 hours of basketball ( usually playing full court 4v4 ) thursday go the gym and do legs and on fridays i go walk 6 miles. anything you have to share with me on what i should do better or any advice would be very much appreciated im glad this video came out on my suggestions ill be also doing these workouts too but scaled a bit more to what i feel i can do my dream weight is 180-200 i hope to hear from you guys man much love! we're all in this together

  4. Why dont you have a heart monitor? , What is his age ? Great job though for a couple of kids , I bet Keving is only 26. Did you guys do any blood work? I was also wondering if its safe for a 380lb man to start sprinting haha break a ankle or have a heart attack . I love you guys and will keep watching everyweek. God bless you guys .
