  2. I'm in love with the intro and I'm still in the process of being vegan/vegetarian today is my last day of doing so. So hopefully it paid off like it did the last time and yes I had the JSCULPT Belt and I liked it but my dang zipper got stuck or either it wouldn't zip up anymore and I had just threw it away 🤷🏾‍♀️ I didn't even have it for 6 months

    UPDATE! Weighed in today and lost 14lbs!!!! Little to no cheats and staying constant in the gym 3-4 days a week!

  3. Liv!!! You hit an issue I’m having doing the same thing!! I dunno if it’s good either but I can’t help how I feel. I’m doing OMAD-it started as IF. I decided to push as long as I could and did a lemon water fast for 40 hours. Now when it’s time to eat I don’t want whatever I made or eat the smallest amount. I do those lil 10 minute HIITS, I fell off one week 😏 but in the 6 weeks which is really 7 with my lazy tail 😩😆, I’ve managed to lose17 pounds.
    I have a sweet tooth out of this world that is gone!!! Anything with a hint of sweetness, I don’t want. I truly just crave wholesome food but what the hell?!? When it’s time to eat, why can’t I ???🤔 My workouts don’t suffer AT ALL😅, but then again with 10 minutes (15 including fitness blender warm up) why should it? 😂I’m starting to feel “weaker” outside of it somehow, i can’t explain the feeling🤔🤔🤔. It’s weird, because again my HIIT for the past 3 weeks consisted of 1)Jumping Jacks 2) Burpees 3) Mountain Climbers 4) Flutter Kicks 5) Knees to elbow ( standing) all moves are for 45 seconds and ONLY 15 second break between each. 2 Rounds and you’re out if there. #DRENCHED Got it from Bully Juice here on YouTube if you’re checking for quick HITTS like that too.😬 I’ve been highly stressed as well and at those times I’ll eat down the world or I’ll digress and never wanna eat when my stress gets bad, so not wanting to eat could all be stress related now . I just wanna be able to eat more to sustain energy when I decide to amp things up and go back to spin ( tore my rotator cuff so I had to stop😭) .I know without a doubt imma hit a wall if i don’t get the nutrition in check .This is starvation without intent .🙁 At least I fell as such 🤷🏾‍♀️Maybe the ketones thing kicked in and I’m surviving off the fat. Lord knows I have another 52 to go so let’s not act like that would really be a bad thing 😂😂😫❤️Sorry for this long ass comment. Happy to know someone’s feeling that “I don’t want what I always used to throw down” and associate OMAD & IF as a possible culprit . Anyone that has an outlook on this—PLEASE let me know.

Yassss Liv I love itttttttt….I want to try the jj smooth wit Yu and see what that be like and that belt jsculpt I heard of them I want to get that belt..have you tried flat tummy shakes…I have they work I am ordering more so I'll do a vid abt that as well grl you are my inspiration…I love Yu sis….
