  1. If i follow your tips , it would make me skinny fat, not fatloss .You are being dishonest and giving bad advice .Promoting and encouraging fasting is dangerous and unhealthy . Again weightloss not fatloss , muscle loss will be the end result.

  2. No matter how many videos you say it in I love hearing that walking is a great way to lose weight. Still doing my 3-5 miles a day and I feel great and belly fat is disappearing.

  3. Hi Autuma, Enjoying your videos and all the information.. Just a quick question, re sweeteners.. what are your thoughts on Stevia, erythritol and / or xylitol? Are they ok to use or not? Thanks in advance.

  4. Hi there! Binging all of your videos! After I had my daughter I lost all of the weight in about 4 weeks but then started to gain it do to lack of sleep which lead to everything you just talked about cortisol spikes sugar cravings etc. I’m 6 months postpartum and I’m eating healthy working out and losing the weight. How can a new mom lose weight when there is zero sleep happening? I’m getting a lot more sleep now but I’m talking about those first 4 months

  5. I dont want to count calories anymore because it drives me crazy and its tiring, but at the same time, without it, I eat too much. I'm the kind of person who's always looking for food, I'm not overweight but i do have stubborn fat around the thighs and a little around the stomach area. Any tips on how to stop counting even if you're always looking for/thinking about food?

  6. I'm so glad I found you!. I started fasting and keto. I was stressing about keto because I hate counting and I was to worried about doing it wrong. I will be purchasing your 21 day program. Loved your videos 😍

  7. Hi Autumn, great video! Def learned a lot! I had a question- does strength training raise cortisol as much as cardio? Also, would doing sprints for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of walking (or elliptical) be considered “too much cardio”?

  8. YouTube suggested you and I'm so excited about all of this info! I'm a 44 yr old Mom of 5. Re-married in 2014 after a year of Crossfit and getting into great shape in my late 30's- I had 2 babies back to back (2 c-sections) and let me tell you- Crossfit wasn't having the same effect at 44 after 2 babies, and an extreme hormonal imbalance that left me feeling like I've had daily inflammation and depression. I've changed to a vegetarian diet just because I no longer wanted meat- the acidity created a lot of inflammation in my belly. I dived into your walking theory and have felt better. I realized that the lack of sleep and cortisol levels have most likely been my issue! Kind of binging on all of your videos! 😄🙌🏼 thank you!!

  9. Without calorie deficits & macros ….
I couldn’t see good results on my physique
So I’m going to stick to it regardless 🤷🏻‍♀️
    I cut off snacks
And added Intermittent fasting & continuing my fav activities : hiking
    Straight training & HIIT
    Love it!!!!🙌🏼🥾🤘🏽

  10. You just inspired me so much! I am 15 and recently gained a little excess fat on my abdomen. I was so confused because I had been dieting strictly, going hungry, counting calories, running, but occasionally binging. I ended the school year wondering why my body had betrayed me this way after I had worked so hard for that summer body. (A little credit goes to the binging lol) This summer I decided to take the time to get to the root of the problem. Your video made so much sense to me and fat loss feels possible now. Thank you so so much. I want to be a dietitian and nutritionist when I graduate college. Looking forward to that cheat meal! 😉

  11. I have no idea what I weigh…because I realized a while back that it isn't a true indicator of what's happening to my body. I can see and feel the difference when I'm on the right track. My body morphed more from yoga/deep stretch/kettle bell type movement than it ever did from turbo jam or other cardio based programs. Intermittent fasting…6 pm to 11 am is just my natural go to now and it feels absolutely right. Now if I could just get rid of the shitty sugar which has been my lifetime addiction…I'd look like a SUPER HERO within six months! I KNOW THAT…and yet…

  12. This was super informative thanks you! The pictures of the vegetables however, were impossible to look at so maybe next time put the pictures on there just a second longer!

  13. 1. don't count calories
    2. Add 1-2 cups of veggies to each meal, non-starchy veggies like leafy greens (spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, etc)
    3. Don't use artificial sweeteners
    4. Don't put sugar in your morning coffee (keto coffee?? She has recipes)
    5. Scheduled treat day
    6. Get more deep sleep (oof), she has sleep videos don't worry
    7. Walk, don't do excessive cardio
    8. Eat until satiated; protein, fat, fiber
    9. Cut out the protein bars
    10. Intermittent fasting

  14. Hey autumn, your video is really helpful for me as I’m struggling to lose my little belly fat, I’m a hard dieter and run 3 times a week.. what am I doing wrong?

  15. Oh my God! You said it. Ive been doing extensive cardio for the past 6/7 months. I lost my periods last month and feel my belly bloated all the time. Please share some more tips on how to reverse this?

  16. I do every other day fasting where I have on my fast day under 500 calorie of low carb vegan dinner and on my feast day I have low carb high protein and fiber vegan meal( usually skip breakfast and go right to lunch) then for dinner I have my treat meal which anything such as rice and beans or pasta or bread or what ever I want. What are your thought on that?

  17. Won't cheat days screw up your ability to get over a sugar addiction? Because I want brownies and Dr. Pepper on my cheat day. Or maybe French toast with syrup.
