  1. Hi. I just found ur channel
    N
Love it! How many weekly points are you allowed each week on freestyle? And another question is what day do ur points start over is that whatever day works best for you? Example like Monday to Monday? Would that work. Thanks so much your very informative!

  2. Kim I really am on the fence about joining again I joined many times before but now All my weight is back so I am lost I need to lose but not sure if this is gonna work what is your thoughts
On this I was gonna jump around to another program but in the meantime I keep gaining uh so frustrating helllppp

  3. Hi Kim. I live in South Africa & WW was liquidated last year. I was a member on the Time for Success & have the SA Food List with all the points in there. I was on 20 pointsa day. Unfortunately I'm not able to join on the digital version as it's not offered in SA. Is there anyway you could guide me as to how many points I would be allocated/allowed on this new Freestyle option & how does it differ besides the zero points list? I hope you cna help. WW has always been fantastic & I'm disappointed that the company is no longer in SA. Thanks so much.

  4. Do they still let you visit a meeting for free when you sign up for online only? I just started 2 days ago and freestyle is new from when I did the program a few years ago. Thanks!

  5. THANK YOU SO MUCH…. You make it sound reasonable and easy and NOT confusing. I so much appreciate all your help and now I am ready to go………… CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss.

  6. How many points is protein powder now? I just started today so I’m trying to plan my meals but didn’t see it in the Pocket Guide. I didn’t get any information about the app though. I called and they said something would be mailed to me about it I guess

  7. I gained two pounds while on vacation in one week. Lost 1.2 this last weigh in after a really good tracking and activity week. It's crazy how easy the pounds come on and how hard it is to come off! But, I like what you said. Does it really matter how long it takes? Because this is a lifestyle. Getting to goal is the goal! But, really, the goal is eating mindfully for the rest of our lives.

  8. I do not really like programs but, this freestyle lifestyle is easy, plenty to eat and the weight comes off. I just ask myself is a food item on the list before I eat something and if it is not I am very careful to limit those food sources. Simple!

  9. Hi, Kim. Thanks for the explanation. In my country, Weight Watchers is still using the Smart Points program. But I'd like to try Freestyle, so could you, please, tell me if there was a reduction in the weekly extra points? Here, it's 49 weekly points. Thank you very much.

  10. I don't know if you will read this- but i'm new (since Monday) and confused at what you meant by "blue dot." No one said anything about blue dots during the meeting monday.

  11. Freestyle seems exactly like the Core Plan they had over 10 years ago. I see no difference and I'm confused why freestyle has more 0 point foods because 90% of the list are fruits and vegetables that were basically 0 points already lol except the meats. Am I missing something here?

  12. I’m home bound and don’t move I never physical problems that limit my ability to exercise. What is my chances of winning here…I mean losing any weight at all. I’m basically stuck in a chair all day and in a bed at night.

  13. Hi Kim! Just wondering if you could do a YouTube video on how to take recipes from old WW cookbooks and figure out the points as it applies to the Freestyle Program? I see a ton of WW cookbooks at thrift stores, but I hold back from purchasing because the points systems are different now. Just and idea for a video. 🙂

  14. lol, this is off topic….but I'm from NJ (been away a long time)….I haven't heard a good NJ accent like yours for awhile….music to my ears!….If I'm wrong, let me know.
