  1. I love how there’s this compared to other beginner workouts that say “warm up with 100 jumping jacks, next do 100 push-ups, pause for 10 seconds and do 100 more… okay now for the workout”

  2. I get fed up of these push up vids with musclebound gym bunnies. How about telling us weeds how to build up the strength to do even one freaking half push up!

  3. I use to work out alot. Actually in hs I was benching 235 at 16. Stopped working out for about 8 years did this push up on knees and couldn't even hit 5 I feel ashamed and weak haha I know I'm stronger then this. I havent pushed my body in so long it has become weak

  4. I feel very weak doing push ups , when i try to do after 8 or 9 i feel like that my muscle is tight and going to explode but the mysterious thing is that when i do pull up with dumbbells on my hand if then i do push ups i feel better speed doing push ups. any help please?
