  1. All those smaller movements and things you're doing will give you extra flexibility. Its amazing how much walking the dogs or throwing the ball for them will make a difference. As you know I moved 2 months ago. All I have changed in my day is taking the dogs downstairs to the corner for their business 4 times a day and back upstairs (in the old house they went out the cat flap and back in); now I can feel my thighs are rubbing less. And my knees tough when standing up. I have lost 5lb since moving, but the big difference is I've toned up so my shape has changed.

    ok yoga is not about being flexible. please don’t psych yourself out of trying it. check out melissa west here on youtube. her motto is “real yoga for real people” 😌

  4. Today I did some racing with my 8 year old during our hike. So…5k hike and I am still alive plus some running…and I also didn't die! She did beat me though.

    46lb here!

  6. On Amazon you can buy ring sizers when your rings get too big and you don't want to have them sized until you're done dieting. I got a set of silicone curly ones and they work great. Looking good girly!

  7. I love all of your non-scale victories that you’re talking about. I love that you were able to see such huge differences in the way you do your daily tasks in life. And congrats on the maintain… Some days and weeks, that is a bigger victory than a loss!! Oh, and the pups are adorable… I loved that you were able to clear out the dog!

  8. Megan Garcia is a plus sized yoga instructor who put out a DVD some years back that is fantastic. She does a half hour yoga session in it and also has several tips for how to start and ways to increase your flexibility and modify the poses if you have a larger, curvier body. She also published a book called MegaYoga.

  9. I am so happy and proud of you Stephanie for all of your NSV's! That is on my NSV list is too to be able to sit and touch my feet! YOU go lady that is great! I don't have flexibility either plus my big ole belly gets in the way too 🙁 That is another on my list is to be able to get up or down off the floor! Thanks for sharing! Have a great weekend!

  10. It’s amazing how much more energy we gain when we lose weight. Your pups are adorable !!!! I’m on a four day trip and on day one today. I tracked and ate healthy and day one was a win. I’m determined to lost this week even with this little get away ! I have a weeks holiday next Saturday again and am determined to not gain that week too 😉💪🏼👍🏼😃. Congrats on your maintain Stephanie.
