  1. Okay Mieka, I'm starting tomorrow, AGAIN. I just wanted to say thanks for keeping it real. Your videos really do motivate me. I watch you every morning around 4am while I'm getting ready for work . And yes every morning after watching you I say I'm going to start but of course that doesn't last long. I work in a bakery aaaaand I have a Starbucks a few feet away. But I think I'm really ready this time mentally. I am familiar with fasting. Done it before. Usually because I have a trip or a special occasion I need to get ready for but I always tend to go back to my unhealthy ways and gain it all back. This time around I'm taking it day by day. Not for any trips or occasions but because I'm tired, tired of being faaaat!! Anyways, my name is Trish and I'm addicted to sugar… Starting Date:9/08/19, SW 260, Goal: Staying Strong, OMAD/ KETO 23/1 500 calories. Fingers Crossed 🤞

  2. You really are doing amazing. I'm inspired and switching to OMAD for the rest of September. Side note – looked for Halo in my supermarket in Australia and it's $9! Is it that expensive in the US?

  3. I had to stop eating chicken rice and potatoes … ESPECIALLY THE CHICKEN , I NEVER KNEW IT GOITS THE THYROID . DIETBETICS SHOULD MOST DEFINITELY AVOID THOSE FOODS

    IM CURRENTLY DOING A 21 DAY WATER FAST AND HAD TO STOP MY DIETBETIES MEDICATION

  4. I think you’re doing great. I love to eat too! I get it. Weighing everyday may not be the best way to measure your progress. The body functions can change daily that may not have anything to do with your food intake so don’t worry about that so much. You might want to do a weekly chart and monthly chart even if you continue to do daily weigh ins. Just a thought. I’m with you regardless. Keep up the good work!

  5. Hey momma, you’re walking a lot and that’s your biggest muscle (I think) so remember that! As long as you’re getting stronger.. and being consistent! In other words, stop being so hard on yourself! Everyone’s body works differently. I’m speaking to myself too, I’m up 2 pounds and recorded it! I was super bummed. HOWEVER. Not giving up. Back to the drawing board. Been filming and making Keto this and Keto that and too many taste test 🤣

  7. I feel like OMAD 1000 for me is too many calories – losing weight after 50 is a whole different ball game so that is why I was one of the ones who voted for a 7 day fast. But you have done GREAT – look how quickly you re-lost the weight you gained from day 340!!!! It took less than a week to get back on track. I started a 5 day fast with Fasting Gal today and I'm going to incorporate the 12-hour dry fast component into it so if you're going to include some fasting in your new program this coming week – I'm right there with you!
