Please stop eating cool whip it is pure trans fat!!! Even if you are still losing weight eating it it is making you work so much harder to do so. Hydrodgenated oils A.K.A. Trans fats also cause heart disease and WRINKLES! They are unnatural and toxic. I don't care how many points WW assigns them, you need to switch to real whippped cream or a natural vegan substitute. That goes for all of us!
after watching a ton of your videos, I am really drawn to this program and think I will give it a go! the foods you ate in this video looked so yummy. this seems more realistic than a lot of other meal plans or diets out there!

That's my problem & yes I exercise and it's going down gradually but how was it for you? Oh and I am a female so I know it's hard for us to lose it in the midsection😂

Premier protein is one of my favorite add-ons to my coffee. I've found that by getting more protein first thing in the morning it helps me stay fuller longer.
