  1. Thank you thank you thank you so much for making this video. You have no idea what it means to me 🙂 could you also please please make a video on what workout you used to do during your modeling time to reduce your thighs and hips and what workout you do these days when you have to loose a couple of pounds and excercise during maintenance phase?!! Many many thanks. Love your videos and you are always pleasant to watch 🙂 xoxo

  2. Some ways you can include turmeric in your diet include adding a teaspoon or so to rice dishes (turns a lovely golden colour with not a lot of taste change) make a rub with cumin, coriander, salt and pepper, garlic and rub on chicken or fish before cooking. also check curry powders or pastes if you eat them as often they have turmeric. thanks from Australia for another lovely video xo

  3. Can you please list/describe the initial diet that you were on, the one that caused you to lose so much weight that your modeling agency got upset with you?

  4. Love your videos and what a cute kitchen! I personally find it easier to eat healthy when carb loving husband & my picky eating daughter are not home. I can truly eat what I want without complaints. Enjoy the quiet moments.

  5. Not really into dieting but like the healthy eating aspect of the video. Rolled oats are a great thing for breakfast, especially with fruit and Greek yogurt 😋🤗 I hope you have a fabulous holiday xx

  6. I'm a Ketogenic follower. Would be addicted to carbs but they are so bad for me. I eat pretty much everything you eat but add bacon to my scrambled eggs, add tablespoon of whole egg mayo to my canned tuna, cook my asparagus and mushrooms in BUTTER and add full cream to my strawberries with sugarfree chocolate shavings. 12 kilos down and blood work never better. Prothylising, yep.

  7. Looks a lot like Keto to me. I have been doing an eating that way for quite a while I am down 49 pounds need to loose about 30 more and I will be Health agin it really dose work.

  8. Great video! Very similar to what I eat-I always refer to the Mediterranean food pyramid by Dr. Andrew Weil. It is really one of the most doable diets out there. It makes sense and it works. Thanks for sharing!

  9. Jess, interesting that you have honed into a modified keto diet. I've tried them all, too but last year found drberg.com on youtube…keto and intermittent fasting. Tried it 4 mos, ate tons, felt great & effortlessly lost 30lb I gained after chemo. Now I stick with it, as I feel & look great. I tell everyone about him! You might want to check him out as well.👍

  10. Ha similar eating habits, except I have bran flakes every day! My only problem is I eat more than a few nuts, and a glass of vino occasionally, tea and not enough water. Since the menopause started I have boobs, adversely I have a tummy which needs constant work…….. Enjoy Crete. Keep the vids coming

  11. Love this! I desperately need to get back on this. I’m not a fan of potatoes either and sometimes just feel the need for a big old bowl of pasta. All looks delicious Jess xxx

  12. Just what I needed started my no carb diet today, after being very bad the whole of the Summer. I am hoping for a video on your reccomendation for buying sweat pants….can not find any that are nice fit x x

  13. I’m exactly the same Jess do not like potatoes. Avocados I cannot get to grips with and believe me I have tried. I take porridge most mornings it sticks well. I love broccoli too. Never get tired of it.

  14. People don't believe me when I say I love salad ! I'll eat it for lunch all year round, if I ever have a sandwich for lunch I get the shakes in the late afternoon, but not with a salad 😀. Nice vid Jess x
