  1. Anyone in the US knows where to find the PC thins buns or an alternative bun? 🙂I was going to start the Keto Diet but the fat and all that grease made me feel very sick the first day and decided to just keep my VERY delicious carbs ❤️❤️

  3. So in a calorie deficit you can eat unhealthy foods like frozen fries you bake and burgers but still loose weight? Curious as I am on a 1200 calorie diet at the moment and sticking to whole foods, however there are days where I really crave stuff like burgers and fries

  5. I suggest downloading MyFitnessPal solely for the calorie calculations , you scan the barcode off the food package and you input the weight (ounce / grams / pounds ) and you’ll have a more accurate representation for the calorie value.

  6. How do you know how much you have to workout to burn enough? Also how do you split the meals measure after it’s done? I track now but is hard to track everything bc what if you go over the macros ?
