  2. LOVE your videos but just a helpful tip, do not take your vitamins on an empty stomach especially all at once! Unless it is specifically determined. Each vitamin reacts differently with certain foods, some needs fats others not to be absorbed; and others (very few) need to be on an empty stomach to be absorbed. But most importantly some vitamins and foods counteract with the effects of others so just be aware and careful with the TIMING you take your vitamins. It is just as important as which ones and HOW.

  3. Yum! All these meals look delicious. I was wondering about potatoes – do you always prefer sweet potato over white potato? I prefer the taste of white potato so much more and based on research I’ve read, they both have similar calories although the sweet potato has more fibre and vitamins.

  4. You made a bar in one of your videos that you said you drank with tea. It had dates in it and you made the bars in the oven. I don't see on your website. Can I get that recipe??
