  1. You can separate the veggies to get it tighter. For example add cucumbers and carrots, roll it once, add the other ingredients, roll, add avocado roll. Etc or vice vwrsa.

  2. Hi Sophie, with the rice paper sheets try only dipping them in the water for only 5 seconds and then pull them out of the water. The warmth from your hands and the ingredients will make them even softer and you'll be able to wrap them and they won't rip. 🙂

  3. If you are at a normal weight and you want to get fit, what do you suggest to do, gaib first and then cut or cut and then gain? I am completely new to this. Im gonna watch more of your videos. Nice channel!

  4. So nice to see a supermarket where the veg is plastic free and you just go with your tote! Useful video, thanks, though I feel it'd be useful to hear more about your choices and why. I think it's important and super helpful for those with less knowledge of macros/nutrition etc.

  5. Why did you introduce diary in to your diet again? And did you experience any consequences? For example bloating, cramps or acne?
