  2. Wake up EARLY, Drink a good whey shake 1 hr b4 training then 30 mins B4 drink pre workout
    Go to gym and Train hard! Post workout: creatine then 30-60 mins eat HIGH PROTEIN & some carbs and fat for breakfast. 2-3 then have a whey shake. 2-3 hours lunch, 2-3 hours a snack focused on protein and little carbs. 2-3 hours dinner. 1-2 hours after dinner…casein shake b4 bed. Sleep and repeat.

  3. Hi Thomas its me again? I noticed that you don't have any women in your videos? Does this video here, is it only geared towards men or are there different allowances for women concerning what you're talking about pre meals, please elaborate on that too. If this does apply to women also, it really would be nice if you Threw some women in your vids that way when we see your video we don't think it's only towards men, I'm just saying…. so that w women don't think it's just for men😊

  4. Hey Thomas. I see some videos where you say you are fasting before and after your workout and eating in the evening. Then on other videos you are recommending eating fruit before the workout. I'm intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast while working out in the morning. My trainer wants me to eat carbs before and after my workout. I'm confused. Please can anyone shed some light here?
