  1. Girl that intro is so badass! I always struggle in the beginning of my cuts because i hate eating calorie dense foods like veggies haha. I live right by a Dairy Queen so it can be a struggle sometimes 🤣loving the series!

  2. Great advice loving it. I usually eat my prep meal Saturday-Thursday for breakfast and lunch at work but after work on Fridays I tend to treat myself with something on the fast-food side then repeat the cycle.
