  2. Lucy u r the best can u pls make videos on thyroid and face fat workout.. many face excercise videos out there but it vl just widen the face, which is worst. I trust n follow u only I requested for it many times.. God bless you

  3. Hey Lucy~ I love this! I do your standing abs in a phone box a lot – quick, targeted, doable (I don’t like getting down on the floor or straining my neck). This is more and different. I can easily see combining the two workouts. So good… thank you❣️👏🏻🎁👟💪🏻💖
