  1. This is a bit of a personal question, but how long did it take for you to really feel like you saw a major difference in terms of glute growth? Coming up on 1.5 years of weight lifting and I still feel like I don't see a ton of difference! xoxo

  2. Honest question, do you have any advice on how not to be self conscious or feel bad about yourself when you see other women (like yourself) who are super fit working out next to you? I know that sounds silly and I shouldn’t compare myself but when I see women as fit as you are Meggan, I start to shrink up and feel so out of shape and stupid next to them. I am trying to work towards one day being that fit myself but since I’m a beginner it can sometimes be discouraging when you aren’t looking like others in the gym.

  3. Is anyone else too nervous to do sprints on a treadmill aka straddling it 🙄I had a bad fall one time and the belt ripped up my leg sooooo ever since I can’t do it!

  4. I have a weird question but what kind of underwear do you wear in your leggings? I NEVER see any panty lines, is there special underwear, thong, no panty….?? I don't understand, I hate when you see my panty line in my leggings 🙁
