  1. The problem is not having a healthy diet and also lack of activity. I learned that I need to exercise while I can. I do two days aerobics, two days tai chi, one day zumba. All of them 60 minutes each day. For people that have problems do chair aerobics but I do aerobics, standing up, no chair.

  2. I love grits. Raised on them. Usually mom had red eye gravy and ham with them. That’s gravy made from the ham juice. I love egg and grits together. Country gal here. My legs are so heavy I can’t pick my legs up. That’s why I use wheelchairs and walkers now. Thanks for sharing and congratulations 🎉 again on that big wonderful weight loss.

  3. Congratulations on your weigh lose👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻! I get up every morning and do Leslie Sansone 3miles. My husband and I try to go for walk everyday. Either outside or our local mall!

  4. My doctor wrote a letter for me to WW. He allowed me to choose the weight. I chose the highest weight that he agreed would be healthy. It is the weight where my body seems to want to stay. He looked at my weight loss history over the past six years on WW. WW agreed to the weight. I also have personal weight goals which are lower than the WW goal.. I can't seem to get to it and STAY at it!. Congratulations and good luck!

  5. Wonderful weight loss! I do stationary bicycle usually within 45 minutes of getting up in morning. For me it’s not just for weight loss, also helps keep me limber due to arthritic issues.
