  1. Find a craft to do at night to keep your mind busy and hands busy too. Maybe if you know how to crochet. Get some cotton yarn and crochet some dishcloths for Christmas Gifts. Or even crochet some placemats for gifts too. They are the very best gifts homemade gifts. Maybe put on your headphones turn on a great old movie through YouTube Channel. Watch a movie and crochet at same time. Just try to get involved in the evenings in a fun movie and craft. Maybe begin quilting possibly. Start out on small squares then see into quilt. Just some ideas that might enlighten your evenings possibly. Just as you plan your morning walks. And rebounder fun. Don't give up on you. Because your also important. Love Tamson ♥️ 🙋😇

  2. Well Lainey, I feel ya! So sorry for what you are going through. I pray for you. Good to get snacks in Brenda’s room. I bought 2 large bags of poppables and guess what? I sat in front of the tv and ate an ENTIRE bag last week. Can’t buy them anymore. And if I bought a small bag, I’d eat 2! No more!!! I bet a loss will show for you on Wed. You will recover starting today. I ended the week losing .6 this morning. Finally have lost 5 pounds. So slow!! Take care my friend. All will work out.

  3. You are going through a different season in life right now my friend. This is why I sometimes fall behind on my videos, someone is always around and talking to me or needs me to do something lol. I try to just go with it and be present in the moment. Finding balance is always the quest isn’t it? Chips do that to me too!🥰😆

  4. your walmart has an escalator wow….i missed my steps today and felt guilty about it. i told john today im not buying any junk food for me, i cant control myself with it. Sully cracks me up lol. you can do it girl. we can get our butts in gear!!! 💙👍💙

  5. If you were able to find a place to sit and record that is along your walk that may help or sitting in Brendas car of an evening 🙂 It will be hard for me too as i will have 2 others around so i will have to find a place to record too.

  6. Just sounds like a stress attack, Lainey, and who wouldn't have one, considering the current circumstances🍃💙🍃 Ever since I returned home from vacation, I've been on a Dr. Pepper kick. I even listened to an old Dr. Pepper commercial "I'm a Pepper, he's Pepper, she's a Pepper, we're a Pepper, don't you wanna be a Pepper too?"🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

  8. Hi Lainey……I hate when i start snacking like that and i can not stop……If i start with one mini bag of chips its like opening up a whole can of worms….my weakness!!!! Just forgive yourself and get back on track…i totally get it…i get a week like that every few weeks…i just try to move forward! My husband is the same way when im talking to my phone when i'm trying to vlog.
