  1. Tim I love your videos and workouts. They really energize me when I can do the moves. I was wondering if you could make a senior series for people like me who are older and out of shape and can't do a lot of the moves! 🙂 Thanks!

  2. I loved it! Thank you! I’ll add this one to my bookmarked Yoga with
    Tim videos. I think the only thing I was missing was a round of cat/cow, maybe during the child to dog sequence. My spine is always so stiff in the morning, and it hurt a bit to go right into lunges without warming up the spine first. Regardless, these are the best yoga+movement videos out there.Wish I could practice with you in person!

  5. great opportunity to get a bit more of an aerobic workout as well as strengthening/stretching. Great thing to get rid of the cobwebs first thing in the morning. i also like the 20 minute workout. its fits with my busy life and then I can do a longer practise at the weekend

  6. Love the practice! You are my favorite teacher on YouTube because there is no BS, just nice yoga stretches without distraction and it's easy to see how much knowledge you have on the subject.

  7. I liked this one as I'm still a beginner and I feel the last few videos were quite advanced for me. Still don't have much flexibility. Are you going to do a 30 days practice for 2020?
